Tokenization

RWA Tokens can be obtained through a tokenization page, where our clients can either use fiat or whitelisted fiat-backed stablecoins to tokenize liquid assets such as equities, bonds, ETFs, and commodities.

Each token represents a single asset that has been bought and is in Genifi's publicly verifiable custody. The token will be required for the later redemption of the corresponding stablecoin or fiat currency in value of the asset.

Tokenized securities and commodities (RWAs) transform access to global financial markets. This approach offers unparalleled flexibility, control over financial portfolios, and increased capital efficiency.

• Tokenization Process: Users select the listed asset they wish to tokenize, buy the tokenized asset with the selected payment option, and receive tokens that represent the bought asset in our custody.

• Token Representation: Each token corresponds to a single asset. These tokens are necessary for the subsequent redemption of the equivalent stablecoin or fiat in value of the asset.

• Pricing: The price of each token is determined by real-time off-chain price data sourced from the relevant stock exchanges where these assets are traded.

• Pegged Value: All tokens are pegged to the price of the assets they represent and are redeemable for the actual value of those assets.

• Chain agnostic approach: All of the RWA tokens issued by Genifi have Native Token transfer (NTT) from Wormhole integrated and can be natively bridged to all chains where NTT is life regardless of whether it is EVM or alternative VM Blockchain.
